1)Energy saving & environmentally-friendly
Foamed ceramic utilizes waste slag, fly ash, coal gangue, river silt, ash, glass, ceramics polished clay, shale, clay, granite, feldspar, and other tailings as raw materials. They are inorganic non-metallic pore-structured insulation materials produced under high-temperature roasting and annealing. Compared with other insulation materials, foam ceramic production can significantly reduce emissions, which will undoubtly be a good solution of the solid waste pollution on the environment.
2)A1 fire-resistant
Foamed ceramic material overcomes the fatal weakness of inflammability of organic materials which fills the gaps of the inorganic insulation fireproof building materials in building material industry. Its combustion performance is A1 level and has very excellent fire resistant properties as it is produced under high temperature roasting (1150 ºC ~ 1200 ºC).
3)Thermal insulation
Inside the foam ceramic is semi-vacuum gas which can effectively prevent the inside and outside air convection. Therefore foam ceramic has superior thermal insulation performance and has been recognized as the most ideal insulation material for the external wall insulation and building wall self-insulation.
4)Compression resistant & stable
Foam ceramic has good mechanical strength, low deformation coefficient and excellent compression performance. It outruns other materials in withstanding the erosion and load from external environment. The combination of its excellent heat resistance and compression resistance properties contribute to its long-term stable thermal conductivity which won't be affected by environment. Its stable performance, durability and aging-resistance make it work as long as buildings, which is incomparable by conventional organic insulation materials.
5)Soundproof & waterproof
Inside the foam ceramic is completely closed pore structure, therefore has good sound insulation properties. It has a strong absorption of sound waves: in the 60~400Hz, the average penetration loss is 28.5dB. And the completely closed structure, semi-vacuum gas, honeycomb shape contribute to its effective waterproof and moisture insulation properties, and have a variety of applications in insulation industry.
6)Good compatibility 
The foam ceramic has good compatibility with cement mortar, concrete and other building materials, and has reliable adhesion and similar expansion coefficient. Similar to the traditional ceramic building materials fired under high-temperature, the foam ceramic stay stable without cracking, distortion and shrinkage under thermal expansion and contraction. And the tensile bond strength can reach 0.2mpa or above after two-sided painting of the inorganic interfacial agent cement. the new century is an ideal choice of energy-saving building insulation materials
